Additionally, this application provides an integrated approach to compiling patient care records. The improved progress notes serve to highlight completed tasks, effectively representing the nursing time and effort involved. At designated intervals, the documented checks are seamlessly transmitted to a CPRS progress note via the VA Mobile Health Adapter, ensuring a streamlined communication process in patient care documentation.
